These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NutraHire dashboard and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company, and "you" refers to that company.
NutraHire provides a recruiting platform for executive search: client companies submit roles, receive vetted candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage engagements; candidates create profiles and manage their pipeline. Recruiting engagements themselves (placement fees, deposits, guarantees) are governed by the separate Executive Recruiting Services Agreement and any role addenda signed through the Service; where those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You may sign in with email/password or via Google/LinkedIn single sign-on; by using a social sign-in you also agree to that provider's terms. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@nutrahire.com of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users.
You retain ownership of content you submit (role descriptions, resumes, feedback, messages). You grant NutraHire a non-exclusive license to host, process, and — for candidate content — present it to client companies in connection with searches, as needed to operate the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit the content you provide and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
The Service integrates Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Jitsi Meet (video), Apify and OpenRouter (data and AI processing), and optional Google/LinkedIn sign-in. Your use of those features is subject to the respective providers' terms; we are not responsible for third-party services.
Platform accounts are currently provided as part of a recruiting engagement. Placement fees, deposits, refund and guarantee terms are set by the services agreement signed in-app and the invoices issued under it. Amounts invoiced are due per the invoice terms; late amounts may accrue interest as stated in the applicable agreement.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by NutraHire Inc and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose; no other rights are granted.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Hiring, employment, and engagement decisions are made solely by the respective parties; NutraHire does not guarantee any placement, candidate outcome, or hire result, and candidate information is provided based on sources believed reliable but not warranted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutraHire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms. NutraHire's aggregate liability relating to the Service (excluding obligations under a separately signed services agreement) is limited to the greater of US$500 or the amounts you paid NutraHire for use of the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment under a services agreement, or risk to the platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, consistent with the governing law of our services agreements. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, emailed to active account holders.
